Your session may include a combination of traditional Ayurvedic therapies, selected according to your individual needs and treatment plan, such as:

Abhyanga (warm herbal oil massage)
Swedana (herbal steam therapy)
Kati Basti, Greeva Basti or other localised oil therapies (if indicated)
Shirodhara (where prescribed)
Herbal treatments and supportive therapies as recommended by your practitioner

Each treatment is tailored following your Ayurvedic consultation and may vary from person to person.

Akshitarpana

Akshitarpana, also known as Netra Tarpana, is a traditional Ayurvedic eye therapy designed to nourish, rejuvenate, and support the health of the eyes. The term "Akshi" means eyes and "Tarpana" means nourishment or replenishment.

During the therapy, a specially prepared enclosure made of herbal dough is placed around the eyes and filled with warm, medicated ghee or herbal preparations. The eyes are gently bathed in the therapeutic liquid for a specified period, allowing the tissues around the eyes to absorb the nourishing properties of the medicine. is a complementary Ayurvedic therapy intended to support eye comfort and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for routine eye examinations or medical treatment by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. Individuals with acute eye infections, injuries, or serious eye conditions should seek appropriate medical care.
