I am partway through a three day Panchakarma. The treatments have been specifically chosen to meet my needs. At all times I feel I am in very capable, caring hands. It is a wonderful thing to completely give yourself up to the sensations of this nurturing experience. I am sleeping well and feel very calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this experience.
